Price Matching We make every effort to ensure that our pricing is competitive with other shops that sell the same item. If you do happen to find a deal on an item lower than the price on our website, CONTACT US! If we can verify the price we will match it. Some exclusions do apply, but for the most part -- just give us a call and give us a chance to take care of you. 99.9% of the time we can. And chances are we have it in stock. Price guarantee applies to factory sealed, new product only. Previously used or opened floor models, demos, refurbs, items sold at auction, and certain other sale items do not qualify for price matching. The price must be verifiable through a mail order catalog or vendor's website. We will make every attempt to match sale pricing and other special/email/telephone pricing but do not guarantee it. Our price match policy considers the total price to you, the purchaser, exclusive of tax but inclusive of shipping (e.g., if we offer an item at $1100 shipped and another vendor offers it at $1050 plus $100 shipping, we are already below their price and will not reduce our price further). No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No returns on non-stocked or special order items. You must receive an RMA number before returns can be made. Please email rma@mphparts.com for a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date, and must be in original packaging, inclusive of all materials originally in the package (instruction manuals, etc.). A 20% Restocking Fee may be applied. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice AND a completed return form or they will not be accepted. Shipping Shipping and Insurance are additional on each item unless otherwise specified. Other methods of delivery may be available upon request for an additional charge. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses, and some international orders may be shipped via US Mail regardless of shipment method selected. These orders may be subject to additional charges over the shipping charges listed when checking out. Any order over $150 that is shipped via US Mail will incur a $10 charge over regular shipping. Warranty All of the products sold by MPH Motorsports, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for racing and/or offroad applications. Most of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either expressed or implied, due to the tremendous strain placed on the parts when used for racing.
